Hello and welcome — I’m Elaine Ng, a California commissioned Mobile Notary Public based in Santa Clara County. I’m proud to provide reliable, convenient, and courteous notarization services to individuals, families, and small businesses across the South Bay.

I became a notary after nearly 10 years as a stay-at-home mom. A friend introduced me to the idea, and I quickly realized how perfectly it aligned with my strengths and lifestyle. It’s a profession that values integrity, flexibility, and professionalism — qualities I bring to every appointment.

As a certified, bonded, and background-checked member of the National Notary Association, I take my responsibility seriously and strive to make the process easy, respectful, and efficient for my clients.

I especially enjoy working with young families and local businesses — people who, like me, are busy but still value quality service and human connection.

I speak English and Cantonese, and I’m happy to assist clients who prefer to communicate in either language.
