What to Bring to Your Appointment:

– A valid government-issued photo ID (driver’s license, passport, or state ID)
– All documents to be notarized (completed)
– Any witnesses (if required)

Wait Time - $15 for every 15 minute block, beyond your initial grace period of 15 minutes.

*Notary Clinics occasionally offered at a convenient, advertised location.  Travel fees will not apply to clinics.
